Welcome To The Learning Commons - The Great Hall
The Fulton County Schools Media and Educational Technology department promotes academic excellence by empowering student and staff to be effective, discriminating users of ideas and information. Additionally, Fulton County Schools Media and Educational Technology Instructors (METIs) assist instructional staff in using technology effectively for differentiating instruction and providing rigorous, relevant, and engaging learning experiences for all students. The Fulton County Schools Media and Educational Technology department facilitates the development of balanced and relevant collections of digital and print resources for teacher and student use. Digital resources are provided for all students that are accessible anytime, anywhere, on any web-enabled computer, laptop, or mobile device.
Our goal is to not only have as many students as possible use the library but to understand its organization as well. It is our hope that in their freshman English classes students will have the opportunity to come with their class and learn how this particular library is laid out. Students will also have the opportunity to go on our Library Scavenger Hunt. If you have not, please check it out and test how well you know your high school library.

Follett Destiny Discover
The Media Center uses Follett’s Destiny Library Manager to maintain our library collection. Patrons access the collection using Destiny Discover, a graphics based circulation software that allows them to search for print and digital content available in their school’s media center. Whether it’s a student or teacher looking for leisure reading/entertainment, materials to support homework or lesson planning, Destiny Discover will help them find what they’re looking for.
Destiny Discover can be accessed by students through Classlink. Look for Destiny Discover on the e-Library tab.
